Rules, Process and Conditions

Rules
- Prices are in USD
- Payment by Paypal or Ko-Fi, no cryptocurrency or exposure. Before I start for sketches, halfway for anything more complex.
- Max 1 commission per client at a time in the queue
- Max 3 characters per commissions-
- I require a reference or images of the requested characters.
- I will not create art for anything NFT or AI related, including the sale or fanart of said NFTs and AIs or its products/results.Will Draw
SFW and NSFW, humanoids, anthros, ferals, animals, creatures, OCs, DnD content, fantasy, aliens, dinosaurs, slimes, bones ...Will NOT Draw
Robots, hateful content, full skeletons, underage content, real people portraits, other people's OC without consent, NFTs, anything that makes me uncomfortable...Needed in the Commission Request
- A description of your order (positions/context/order)
- The type of commission + level of detail wanted (headshot, bust or fullbody/ sketch, flatcolor, shaded)
- how many characters per commission
- a reference or a detailed description per character/pet/familiar
- Background choice and details
- Extra or special details (frames, windows, reactions, things added or removed from a usual deal, etc)
- Your email/discord/twitter for updates and communication.
- An expected time frame related to the finished product, if there is any.
- If the product will be for personal use, commercial use or AI completion.

Terms and Conditions
Once the client contacts me, I will contact you back as soon as possible for any needed details. Once your request is in first place in my queue, I will let you know and will begin working on it. I will constantly show you progress and ask for any changes and/or approval during the entire process. Any major changes should be discussed then.Once the Lineart is approved, I will then need to collect full payment to continue on with color and rendering. If any major changes are requested after payment, I will request an hourly compensation. Color / small changes are fine.Once the final product is approved, then I will send you the clean unwatermarked version. The finished commission will be fully yours to use as you see fit. The only exception is it will not be sold / used as an NFT.
It might take between one week to a month per commission depending on complexity, changes implemented during the process and general life events.I will ask permission for posting said commission on my social accounts and / or use as a future example of my products. You are in full right to refuse. If you accept, it will be heavily watermarked with your permission of posting in description, of course.I reserve the right to refuse any commission requests of any situation comes to it or if I feel uncomfortable with a request. I will NOT make NSFW commissions to minors. Any persistence about it or ignoring my discomforts on purpose will have you blacklisted.Upon approving of the final product, no refund can be made. If the commissioner requests a cancelation after payment and before finalization, then 50% of the paid price will be refunded. Before payment is made, a commissioner can cancel at any time.If a commission drawn by me, be it before or after completion, is finalized purposefully with the use of AI, I will be required payment by the client for the rights of my art being used in the program and added to its cloud. The amount owed will be equivalent to the details given to my original product to bring it to completion AND are to be paid alongside the original agreed price. If not respected, you will be blacklisted.
